The Model
Hestia contracts with clinical practices through a Management Services Agreement. We charge a management fee structured to reflect the actual scope of services delivered. We do not practice medicine, employ clinicians for clinical purposes, or control clinical decisions. Your clinical independence is not a feature. It is the structure.
